Hey Jacque! Thanks for the comment on my blog. Goldendoodles are really cute and i bet they are great dogs. But if you are strictly wanting a dog that you are sure won't shed, you better stick with a poodle like me. No matter what the breeder might tell you, there is no way of knowing if a goldendoodle will be a non-shedder. It will depend how many genes each pup inherits from the golden parent. Standard poodles come in lots of colors and even parti-colors - not all of them are a boring white color like me. Linda wanted to have a non-shedder, but then Mike got Emmy and she sheds all the time- ick! Little white hairs everywhere! If he had gotten a poodle like me, we wonuldn't have little white hairs on everything.
