Pic Of The Week!
This pic might interest some.. I won it about 35 years ago giving a Home Interior party.Remember those:} This is a pic of David..The pic is painted on curved glass.I have been very careful through out the years ,once the glass is broken the pic would be gone..
Outside is nothing here but snow and gloom, no birds, greeny etc this is the only thing that come to mind..

I hope you start seeing signs of spring soon. I'm sure you are just itching to get started with your landscaping and planting in your new yard. Be sure and take before pics before you get started.
Do you start seedlings inside? Starting seedlings inside helped me stay sane in late winter as I waited for spring to arrive. Just the smell of fresh soil cheered me up. I'd have flats of seedlings all over the house under grow lights. It was so much fun raising them from seed and then planting them outside.
LOVELY picture and frame....how interesting that it's painted on curved glass ~ :)
We have snow and gloom, I can understand how you are feeling...
I like your After pictures, kitchen looks great!
And it is interesting to paint on glass.
Love the picture of David. How interesting that it is painted on the glass.
Your kitchen remodel looks great!
Enjoy!
I can see why you love that picture and how rare to have it painted on the glass, so different from the home interior ones I have seen, beautiful frame too!!
I have some of those rounded frames but have never seen one painted on it. Cool! Have you ever had it appraised?
What a beautiful picture. I have a painting on curved ceramic which I bought in Italy. Have to be so careful not to chip it. As you say once it breaks we can't repair it.
Wow, that is cool! I love the pose on this.
Enjoyed seeing a treasure of yours...
Hope spring sprouts early for you.
I'd be sure to have that broken in no time Jacque! I have piles of frames with broken glass in my closet. But how great that you've been able to save this one, it's lovely.
I went out today to see if we had any signs of spring and found just one lonely little clump of crocus poking up. We've got sunshine and calmer winds, but it's cold, anyway.
Little David seems to be praying for spring...
we just had 5 more inches of the white stuff last night too.... got some exercise shoveling to add to my regular workout...
I remember those home parties.
Sorry you are having snow and gloom. We are having warm temps and sunshine. I will send some your way. :-)
this is a beautiful picture and frame- what a wonderful concept of painting onto the mirror etc
